Mental Manipulation: Okay, so. Loki is a master sorcerer, having mastered the magicks of Asgard, blah blah blah. That's all superfluous, really. The important thing to note here is one thing he can do: He can manipulate the minds of others including implanting memories, making them forget specific things, and influence their decisions to an extent.
